**Declaration on the Protection of State Sovereignty
in the Era of Global Governance**
Preamble
We, the representatives of sovereign nations and independent states, guided by the inalienable right of every people to self-determination, reaffirming the principles of the Charter of the United Nations and the norms of international law, and recognizing the growing threat to political, economic, and cultural independence posed by transnational structures and supranational mechanisms, hereby proclaim the following Principles for the Protection of Sovereignty in the twenty-first century.
I. Principle of Popular Sovereignty
The people are the sole source of legitimate authority. No international organization, corporate entity, or external power has the right to determine the internal political or social order of a sovereign state.
Any attempt to impose external political decisions constitutes a violation of the right of nations to self-determination.
II. Principle of Non-Interference
Actions aimed at destabilizing political systems, manipulating public opinion, or undermining the economic independence of a state constitute a form of foreign interference and must be condemned by the international community.
States shall cooperate to investigate and prevent such acts, including hybrid or indirect methods of influence.
III. Principle of Accountability for the Undermining of Sovereignty
Individuals, organizations, and entities that knowingly participate in activities designed to destroy or limit the sovereignty of independent states must be held legally accountable under international and national law.
Participation in coordinated actions amounting to a conspiracy against the independence of sovereign nations shall be treated as a crime against peace and international order.
IV. Principle of Digital and Informational Sovereignty
The digital domain constitutes part of a nation’s jurisdiction. External control over data, communication networks, or media infrastructure shall be regarded as a violation of sovereign rights.
Each state retains the sovereign right to establish its own digital policy in accordance with its national security, public interests, and cultural identity.
V. Principle of a Plural and Multipolar World Order
The emerging world order must be multipolar, based on respect for civilizational diversity, equality of cultures, and the freedom of each nation to determine its own system of governance.
The imposition of a single ideology, model, or value system inevitably leads to totalitarian standardization and the loss of human freedom.
Conclusion
The defense of sovereignty is not isolationism, but the highest expression of responsible freedom. Only sovereign states, acting in mutual respect and justice, can secure lasting peace, authentic democracy, and genuine cooperation among the peoples of the world.
