Rebecca and Spanky are miserable at following their workout videotape. Taking excessive breaks, smoking and eating candy are just not the proper thing to do! The girls decide to have a personal trainer come over and get them into shape.
Erzsebet arrives and the shock treatment begins. "What are you girls thinking?" she states as she pulls the cigarette from Spanky's mouth and extinguishes it upon her tongue. She soon realizes these girls are frightfully undisciplined and decides to meter out some personal lessons. Placed in strenuous positions each girl is spanked, strapped, paddled and caned. Their bottoms are reddened but both Rebecca and Spanky have found a new respect for the discipline that Erzsebet has taught them. This is the stuff dreams are made of.
