Meter Beating
A routine inspection from the gas meter reader becomes extremely embarrassing for the two tenants of a council house who have tampered with their meter.The gas lady is not very caring and not in the mood to listen to the girls pathetic excuses. Their is only one course of action to be taken except from reporting them to the police, and that is corporal punishment using a special issue whipping horse to bend the young women over.
The attractive young women are shocked and horrified over the prospect of being tawsed and canned by this vicious woman. However they do agree remembering that they are currently on probation with the local police. The gas lady beats the woman in turn gradually building up in ferocity and culminating in an extremely accurate hard canning for the pair of them. Their severely marked up bottoms pay testament to this new gas board policy!!!
