Welfare Cheats
The day turns sour when two girls are brought into the Welfare Office to explain why they are collecting welfare checks, and are obviously working full time jobs. The poor excuses given fall on deaf ears and it is apparent that the administrator's only interest is to get into the girl's knickers and give them a hard thrashing.
The attractive girls cannot support themselves solely on their paycheck, so in return for him turning a blind eye to their fraud, they reluctantly allow him to remove their garments. He then proceeds with an over-the-knee spanking, which he enjoys thoroughly. This is followed with the liberal use of the tause, and then the cane.
Sent home in tears they have at least secured their benefits for a few more weeks.
