Towards the end of his career (and life), porn director Chuck Vincent went somewhat mainstream - and began to make more "legitimate" filmfare, most of which was just softcore fluff for the Cable TV and booming home video market. Here, in ENRAPTURE, Chuck delivers one of his more serious contributions to the world of film noir - which, of course, he laces with ample amounts of nudity and softcore sex. And who's gonna complain at seeing former porn starlet Ona Zee (or Ona Simms, as she's billed here) in the buff? Certainly not I! Kevin Thomsen is the star here - who is dragged into a weird world of deceit (and sex!) by the former. Jamie Gillis, Tracey Adams, Robert Bullock co-star - and Veronica Hart also makes an appearance. Vincent's colleague in the business, Shaun Costello, co-wrote and co-produced (and also appears under an alias).
This rip hails from a slightly worn NTSC VHS on the Atlas label. The title has never been released on DVD, though there are Laserdisc copies out there. Perhaps one of these days, I'll pick one up for a proper upgrade all the way 'round. Until then, you get this fresh MKV rip, as well as the older AVI and DVD-R ups as linked below.
