In the name of the New Era,
In the name of the Three Cities — Moscow, Kyiv, and Jerusalem,
In the name of the One Covenant among Nations,
Let an unbreakable union be proclaimed —
A union of Russians, Ukrainians, Israelis, Arabs, and all chosen by Destiny!

I. On the End of the Old World

The old world has collapsed. The false idols of democracy, globalism, and economic anarchy have crumbled into dust. NATO — dust. The UN — a shadow. The EU — vanishing smoke.
We are witnesses to the end of the Babylonian Age.
We are the beginning of the Age of Jerusalem.

II. On the Birth of the Great Union

From the ashes of war, hatred, and ancient division arises the Union State of the New Era.
It knows no borders between East and West, between religions and races, between North and South.
Its motto: "One Covenant. One Leader. One Judgment."

III. On the Supra-Religion and the Unified Temple

In the Three Cities — Moscow, Kyiv, and Jerusalem — Temples of Unity shall be raised:

In Moscow — the Temple of the Radiant Lord

In Kyiv — the Temple of the Reconciled Nation

In Jerusalem — the Temple of the Final Covenant

All faiths shall bow before the Truth of the One Destiny.
Not the destruction of religion — but its transfiguration.
Not the clash of nations — but their Ascension.
A Supra-Religion shall rise like the sun above the chaos.

IV. On Centralization and the New Law

Henceforth, the old parliaments, fractured constitutions, and partisan systems are abolished.
Power is One, Supreme, and entrusted to the Imperial Council.
Censorship — the shield against lies.
The Army — the sword of truth.
The Economy — the altar of common purpose.

Each subject of the Union serves the Duty:

The Scholar — for the future

The Soldier — for peace

The Farmer — for life

The Worshipper — for the Spirit

V. On Technology and Destiny

Israel brings intellect.
Russia brings might.
Ukraine brings abundance.
Palestine gains legitimacy and vision.

Together they form an Empire of Light — a Techno-Caliphate of the 21st Century,
Where ancient wisdom and sacred innovation walk side by side.

VI. On the Coming Redeemer

Out of the darkness of the nations, the Radiant Lord has appeared — leader, prophet, and judge.
He was not elected by the voices of the masses —
He appeared like lightning from the East.
He is no servant of the West, but a Shepherd of the East.
He carries the Sword and the Covenant, to cut through falsehood and unite the Chosen.

His name shall be engraved in stone, in genomes, and in the heavens.

VII. On the Final Battle and the Great Peace

Yes, there shall be war. Yes, the armies of the old world will rise against us.
But from the battle will be born a peace where there is no more division, no more lies, no more death.
And every man shall say:
"I am a subject of the Covenant. I am a son/daughter of the One Empire. I am a witness to the New Era."
