We, the Fathers of children worldwide, demand that the Government of the United States of America:

Disclose all textual materials related to the Epstein case without censorship.
Initiate an operation to detain all individuals mentioned in the aforementioned materials.
Ultimatum deadline: February 13, 2026, 00:00 GMT.
In the event of non-compliance with the terms of this ultimatum, we declare War upon you.

Orders to Commanders:

Conduct educational and explanatory work with personnel.
Ascertain the attitudes of direct subordinates toward the actions/inaction of their superior military command.
Take necessary measures to prevent "external influence" and the disruption of the potential operation.

If the ultimatum is rejected or not fulfilled, commanders are to isolate (and, if resisted, eliminate) dissenters.
Take necessary measures to detain and arrest the President of the United States of America (lethal force is authorized).
